Littelfuse, Inc. has introduced the IXD2012NTR, a high-speed, high-side, and low-side gate driver developed for driving two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. Designed for high-frequency power applications,

the IXD2012NTR offers robust gate drive performance, high switching efficiency, and flexible design integration.

Littelfuse has released the IXD2012NTR high-side/low-side gate driver with 1.9A/2.3A output, optimized for high-frequency power applications across key industries.

Operating over a wide voltage range from 10 V to 20 V, the IXD2012NTR supports high-side switching up to 200 V in a bootstrap configuration. Its logic inputs are compatible with both TTL and CMOS levels, down to 3.3 V, allowing seamless integration with common control devices. The driver delivers 1.9 A source and 2.3 A sink output capabilities, well-suited for applications requiring high-speed switching.

The device also includes integrated cross-conduction protection logic to prevent simultaneous activation of high- and low-side outputs. This reduces power loss while simplifying circuit design. Packaged in a compact SOIC(N)-8 and operating over a temperature range of −40 °C to +125 °C, the IXD2012NTR offers reliable thermal and mechanical performance across harsh environments.  In addition, the incorporation of an industry-standard pinout allows it to be used as a seamless drop-in replacement for existing designs.

“The IXD2012NTR is a direct drop-in replacement to popular, industry-standard gate driver devices,” said June Zhang, Product Manager, Integrated Circuits Division of Littelfuse Semiconductor Business Unit. “This addition to our portfolio provides customers with a reliable, alternate source to meet demanding production schedules while delivering exceptional high-speed performance.”

The new 200V device expands Littelfuse’s offering of high- and low-side gate drivers for use in applications such as DC-DC converters, AC-DC inverters, motor controllers, and Class-D amplifiers. Typical applications include general industrial and electrical equipment, energy storage, building solutions, power tools, solar installations, and electrical appliances.

The IXD2012NTR is available in tape and reel format in quantities of 3,000. Samples may be requested through authorized Littelfuse distributors worldwide. For additional product information, please click here.
