Molex has completed its acquisition of AirBorn, driving expansion into aerospace and defense, space exploration, commercial air and other industry sectors.

AirBorn, headquartered in Georgetown, Texas, brings a proven portfolio of military-grade connectors, cables, and electronic assemblies designed for aerospace, defense, space exploration, commercial air, medical, and industrial markets. The company will form the foundation of Molex’s new Aerospace and Defense Division, led by Michael Cole, President and CEO of AirBorn.
