ODOSOLUTIONS AB (ODOS), experts in cloud-based data-logging solutions, has announced the launch of its Megalog datalogging series, specifically engineered to elevate CAN-FD (Controller Area Network Flexible Data) performance across industrial and heavy-duty applications. The Megalog, developed in collaboration with Kvaser, integrates Kvaser’s M.2 PCIe 4xCAN—a powerful four-channel CAN-FD interface card.
This setup is optimized with Kvaser’s latest CanKing 7 software. It provides robust debugging capabilities for R&D applications on Windows and Linux platforms, thereby offering seamless flexibility for developers working across multiple operating systems.

Designed with edge-processing capabilities and an IP67-rated enclosure, the Megalog delivers reliable operation in harsh conditions by protecting against dust and temporary water immersion. It features a pressure equalization valve to prevent pressure or vacuum buildup within the sealed unit and an integrated uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for consistent power management. These capabilities ensure uninterrupted data logging during power disruptions, voltage spikes, and electrical noise, making it suited for mission-critical applications.
