OnLogic announces the global launch of its Axial AC101 Edge Server, designed for Network Edge, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications reliant on efficient data access at the edge.
The Axial AC101 is a 1U shallow-depth rackmount server driven by Intel® 13th-generation processors. It aims to facilitate on-premise data aggregation and target applications seeking improved response time, reduced bandwidth usage, lower cloud service fees, and heightened data protection.
With 13th-generation Intel Core processors, the Axial AC101 Edge Server enables on-premise data aggregation, optimizing bandwidth usage by minimizing cloud-bound data and latency. Configurable with up to a 24-core, 32-thread 13th-generation Intel Core i9 processor, it leverages Intel’s performance hybrid architecture with Intel Thread Director to enhance efficiency.
A dedicated Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) enables remote access for real-time configuration adjustments and system health monitoring. It provides access to features such as Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) 2.0 and RedFish (RESTful) APIs and offers a secure web-based interface for system status monitoring, event logging, and remote KVM capabilities without additional charges.
Measuring a mere 515mm in depth and occupying a single rack unit, the Axial AC101 supports full-height, full-length PCIe expansion devices up to 150W. It accommodates configurations like dedicated graphics cards or additional I/O for specialized applications such as multi-camera AI inference or computer vision. Onboard redundant power supplies and integrated security features ensure protection against unauthorized access and data breaches.
The Axial AC101 is eligible for OnLogic’s Extended Support Program, providing a 5-year warranty, 24/7 technical assistance, and additional services to guarantee seamless system deployment and sustained performance. For more information, please click here.
