Silicon Labs Adds Low-Power Bluetooth 6 SoC

Silicon Labs, a developer of low-power wireless connectivity technologies, has introduced a Bluetooth 6 system-on-chip designed for battery-powered Internet of Things applications. The BG2B combines Bluetooth Channel Sounding, hardware-based security and integrated peripherals in a single device intended to reduce power consumption, external component requirements and overall system size.
