This strategic move is designed to strengthen the company’s capabilities to serve the U.S. market and accelerate advancements in its WiseGan® product portfolio.
The Ottawa center, led by Christian Cojocaru, will bring together analog and digital design experts to advance high-frequency GaN technology. The team will focus on enhancing power conversion applications where energy efficiency, compact size, and cost reductions are critical.
